Payment Refund & Cancellation Policy

In the mutual respect with family members and clients, Tracy Visits LLC requires a 24 hour advance notice of any visit cancellation or schedule change. If a 24 hour advance notice has not been made, Tracy Visits LLC has the right to charge the agreed upon fee for that visit. Cancellations need to be made by phone (612) 791-0133, or by email Tracyvisits@hotmail.com. Rescheduled visits or cancellations due to hospitalization; serious illness or death will be reimbursed. Tracy Visits LLC will refund any fees collected in the event Tracy Visits LLC cannot provide the scheduled visit(s) due to unforeseen illness or hazardous weather/travel conditions.
