Visit Setup Process

Once you contact Tracy Visits, we will set up a time to meet; face to face, or if that isn’t an option, we will have a phone conversation.

1.  Client Profile
We will develop a personalized client profile so Tracy Visits can get a better understanding of the client, their background and interests. We will determine a primary contact and fill out a couple forms at this time.

2.  Scheduling and Payment Options
a) We will review the client’s daily schedule and decide what would be the best time of the day for the client to have Tracy Visits come and visit. 
b) We will confirm payment options based on visit duration and frequency.

3.  Follow up
a) We will explain the post visit follow up procedures which includes within 24 hours, the primary contact will receive a follow-up email.  

Tracy Visits is currently serving the NW Minneapolis Metro assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care and hospice facilities.
