What We Offer?

• Regularly scheduled social visits
• Weekly 60 or 90 minute personalized visits 
• Memory care clients receive the needed attention with use of multiple sensory tools  
• Hospice clients receive faith based prayers/readings when requested; hand holding; soft music and conversation                  
• A follow-up email, within 24 hrs, of each visit to the primary contact. Brief summary regarding the visit/games played/pictures looked at, etc...
• Serving the NW Minneapolis Metropolitan Area assisted living, skilled-nursing, memory care, long-term care and hospice facilities.
